Refunds
Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis where a product or service could not be delivered by Calise Simone, owing to circumstances on the part of Calise Simone.
In all other circumstances, no refunds will be given. Deposits for readings are non-refundable and may be transferred to a new appointment time upon the provision of notice. The new appointment time may be scheduled up to 6 months from the initial scheduled appointment, subject to availability, provided 72 hours notice of change request is given.

Refunds will not be given for downloaded files available for purchase including but not limited to music, mediations and development courses.
Development Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be completed as purchased and specified.
Any items are shipped back to Calise Simone are done so at your own expense. We strongly advise that you purchase proof of postage, shipment tracking or insurance when you ship items for return as Calise Simone will not be held responsible for any items, which are lost by any mail carrier or courier.
